I studied cinema at the National School of Cinema in Portugal (E.S.T.C.), at the École Nationale Supérieure Louis-Lumière and Le Fresnoy in France, and at E.S.C.A.C. in Spain.

My work as a director of photography moves between fiction and documentary feature films. These works have been selected for international festivals such as Locarno, Rotterdam, Hot Docs, Visions du Réel, IDFA, Torino, Camerimage, Jihlava, BAFICI, among others.
